Sign up with a credit card and Gimlet will charge you monthly. If you can't pay monthly, email us and request an invoice. Many of our customers need to pay in bulk. Contact us and we'll be happy to send you an invoice for 6 months or 12 months of service.
If you feel Gimlet isn't worth the cost, we'll refund you. Your happiness is our chief concern. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for your full refund.
We accept payment via credit card or check. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We can process purchase orders too.
Account administrators receive monthly invoices via email. Previous invoices are available via the "Account" tab. Look for the "Invoice History" button in the Current Billing box.
Any account administrator can change your credit card. On the "Account" tab, in the Current Billing box, look for the "Update" button.

Gimlet is available in English, Español, and Français. More translations will come. Contact us if you want to request support for a specific language.
Account adminisrators can change your language setting on the "Account" tab, via the Language field.
Account administrators can export your account's data. From the "Account" tab, look for the "Export Data" section. The "Export Data" button will generate a CSV file of your data.
Account administrators can cancel your account. In the "Account" tab, you'll see the "Account Cancellation" section. Use the "Cancel My Account" button to start the cancellation process.
